Note:

o Maximum capacity 49 people
o Must pick up key during normal business hours (M-F 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. @ 1680 E. Orange Rd Orange Township Hall East Entrance) up to five days prior to rental
o No alcohol, smoking, cooking or grills. No pool packages or parking privileges, no food trucks. Food warmers and crockpots are permitted.
o Card key must be placed in deposit box found in community room at the end of the reservation time slot.
o Print and carry your receipt with you on day of rental as verification of your rental.
o No retail sales are permitted
o Table and chairs available for set up and must be put away after the event
o Clean up responsibility of the renter; Vacuum available; Cleaning supplies under sink. Extra trash bags in trash container; Place all trash in dumpster
o Our office hours are M-F 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Phone # 740-548-5430.
Refund Policy - Reservations canceled at least 5 days prior to reserved date will receive refund. Processing fees will not be refunded.
